RSS feeds allow you to subscribe to use an RSS reader to create subscriptions to be notified automatically of additions. A good web browser such as FireFox, or a good mail client such as Thunderbird will support RSS. I use Thunderbird to subscribe to blogs, and Firefox for news sites.

I have created two feeds, one for my stories and one for my journal. When you subscribe to them, your RSS reader will download about 20 stories or jorunal entries. I've also added a "full" feed, which will subscribe your reader to all stories which you can use instead if you'd prefer to have an archive of everything.
